ALFREDHOUSE NEEDWOOD
This facility, located at 6020 Needwood Road, Derwood, MD.,
is nestled in the woods close to the Needwood lake.
Although it is licensed only for five residents at this time, its
two-and-a-half acres of wooded grounds are intended for a custom-built
facility to house 35 residents. Currently it is tastefully furnished
as a cottage with five private bedrooms. Staff to resident ratio is 1
to 2:5.
